Round, Square and Rectangular Box Profiles
Velis LTD manufactures square and rectangular box profiles in compliance with TS 5317/DIN 2395 / EN 10219-1/ EN 10305-5 standards.
Square and rectangular box profiles can be manufactured in galvanized, HR (black) and CR (cold-rolled) raw material options at various thicknesses. Profile surfaces are coated with protective oil. Flattening and mouth-widening tests are performed on profiles.
The weld areas of square and rectangular box profiles manufactured from galvanized sheet are coated using a special galvanized spray method. Production is available in lengths ranging from 4.0 m to 10.0 m.
STANDARD COLOURS
The product is painted using an electrostatic painting system, ensuring a minimum of 20 years of rust-free protection.
